In continuance of my previous role, this journey has been marked with conceptualizing and executing Change Management projects at the subsidiary level concurrent all subsidiaries globally.Involved in implementation of Broad-banding, Job Evaluation as per Mercer International Position Evaluation methodology and Workday HRMS.

In this role, I was primarily responsible for designing and executing Compensation & Benefits program and Performance Management System for employee count close to 3000 employees in the Manufacturing unit.In addition to the above, the role entailed responsibility of conducting HR Process Audit, System & Policies development, Organization re-structuring and Workforce & Succession planning in alignment and ensuing to the expansion plans of our organization to become the World's Largest Mobile Factory w.e.f. July 2018.

Began my post-MBA career as part of the Employee Relations team of Refrigerator and Mobile Phone Production divisions. Responsibility centered around maintaining cooperative Labor-Management relationship. Through this role, I was able to establish strong business connect along with a personal connect with the key employees in the operations and gather feedback through formal and informal networks.During this time, I, also successfully formulated the HR strategy that assisted in seamless integration of our extended plant operations along with projects related to process improvement and analytics.

The internship opportunity acted as a platform to build the foundation for my future understanding of the Human Resources function. I was responsible for devising the retention plan for front-line sales force in the Uttar Pradesh - East circle of the country. I was able to appreciate the sales operations in telecom business through shadow stints covered across 5 zones in the circle, which in turn, guided me in devising the retention plan for the sales force.Quantitative (Questionnaire and Data Analysis) and Qualitative (Interviews, Group Discussions, Industry Benchmarking) methodologies were relied upon to propose retention plan to the Corporate and Circle Management. 2 of the proposals were implemented along with a predictive model on sales force attrition.

A great first learning experience in the corporate world. As part of a team which won the Best Team Award (2012-13 Q4) in the Energy & Communications Business vertical, was responsible for developing business features for the e-Commerce site of a global telecom giant for one of its European operations.
