The project aims to analyse and identify the financial needs and the importance of funds for NALCO. The analysis focuses on efficient management of NALCO’s working capital. This includes handling large-scale export and import of aluminum products.The project analyses various financial statements, working capital ratios, cash flow, and fund flow statements to understand how NALCO maintains its status as a debt-free company while sustaining its operations and growth at the same time.

As a Machine Operator, I was responsible for technical assessment and planning, project estimation, and scheduling. Clients managements were part of my work, which ensured project timelines and quality standards were met.My role involved overseeing operations, optimizing production processes, and delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships.

A volunteer engaged in the field of Integrated Tribal Development and Tribal Education Initiative to reduce school dropouts among School children

 Witnessed Slurry Disposal System in Smelting plant. Coordinated with Plant supervisor, staff and workers to get to know how the plant actually works. Monitor the tapping point, keeping the density of slurry between 1200-1300 Kg/m3. Tracking down each and every booster points so that slurry will be disposed off to coal mine voids.
