Appointed as Assistant Accountant, reporting to the Senior Accountant or Finance Department, it’s includes Store Department also. In using tally or ERP Accounting software.Key Responsibilities:• Making every purchase, sales, receipt and payment action of the company entries in Tally or ERP System.• Maintain all vender accounts.• Prepare BRS.• Maintaining DIR (Day in register).• Prepare cash payment & cash receipt, Bank payment & Bank receipt voucher.• Maintaining Cash bank book register.• Prepare Debit note of contractors.• Prepare MRIV (Material receive cum issue voucher).• Issue materials to contractors as per requisition slips.• Submit the MRIV to client.• Maintaining issue & receipt stock register.• Prepare Debit Note Voucher with Statement.• Maintaining Supply Materials Register

Support Cell members relevant needs and requirements Responsible for technical coordination of Operations, Engineering and Quality control departments in accordance with the certifying organization approvalsFocus on effective and accurate job completion and relevant inspection Operations & materials planning: Identify all the parts and consumables required for the repairs / overhaul and add them to the Bill of Materials in SAP for procurement Plan and capture complete labor hours for the various operations (disassembly, inspection, repairs and assembly) in SAPOn Wing / Offsite Operations: Perform Inspection or Repair on Aircrafts as per customer requests to ensure the continued serviceability and compliance with stated requirements of the Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM), Component Maintenance/Aircraft maintenance manuals with high level customer satisfaction Train the team members(Quality technicians and trainees) on jobs and process Regularly applies 5S, CI tools and techniques to improve work processes. Seeks opportunities to participate in CI activities; demonstrates flexibility and an open mind in response to new or improved work processes.Assist with the cell’s environment, health and safety EHS compliance
