Representing the Company's brand at Project site, Managing PR and Corporate Communications of the Company in the district of Lucknow where SUEZ India has acquired a 10 Year Long term Operations and Maintenance Project from company's clients i.e. UP Jal Nigam & State Mission for Clean Ganga. Managing brand building activities on site, Coordinating internal communication of the Organization. Reaching out to Local Representatives of the District and Communicating Sewer Network Problems to the company that Local populace is facing Creating content for Print and Electronic Media to be shared and campaigning Organization’s work in Public Sustaining Media relations and highlighting the Project’s Development on National and International platform Monitoring Consumer problems in all Zones (88 Wards) taking Ward Councillors in loop, maintaining a record of hotspot areas where Sewer choking problems, Manhole issues, Chamber problems, etc. persists Maintaining Internal and External Communication in the Organization Communicating with Local Bodies Communicating Company’s resolve towards Health and Safety of its employees and Consumers on-site at various platforms locally and Internationally Being a prime support to all departments at the Project site, Operations and Management, Plant Management, Sewage Pumping Stations Management, Health and Safety Team and Corporate Communications Documenting Projects achievements and problems to streamline its overall success in providing Essential Services to Lucknow’s Population Identifying key stakeholders and managing and engaging them in various key activities essential for the Project
