Assessment of Monthly & Annual Budgets.Getting approval for non- budgeted CAPEX & OPEX expenditures. Manage & Ensure maintenance of utilities & Kitchen Equipment appliance, Recommend and Drive improvements, Generate and Monitor KPI metrics to evaluate performance.Preventive and breakdown Maintenance Programs, Calibration Program Spare Parts management - ensure the availability of equipment spare parts with close follow up with Stores manager and reduce related operational downtime. Managing & Ensuring maintenance of utilities & Kitchen Equipment appliance, Recommend and Drive improvements, Generate and Monitor KPI metrics to evaluate performance.Preventive and breakdown Maintenance Programs, Calibration Program Spare Parts management - ensure the availability of equipment spare parts with close follow up with Stores manager and reduce related operational downtime.Ensure timely completion of Engineering and Maintenance CAPAs, deviations and investigations. Support the production team in establishing required CAPAs to eliminate or reduce possibilities of event recurrence. Review planning and monitoring of Preventive Maintenance, Proactive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance for reduce breakdown increase healthy m/c availability.• Implement of suitable corrective & Preventive action and Identify the Root Cause of the failure. Updating of records as per required for external & internal audits & manages of spares and budgeting, interaction with vendors to spares for technical discussion. Vendors assessments for services provided, and manpower control.• Review of Annual maintenance contract to maintain the equipment. Review of AMC vendors. Review and approve minimum spares inventory of critical consumables.

Maintenance & troubleshooting of HT/LT panels, breakers, UPS, inverter, DG, Fire system, chiller plant.Supervised & guide team regarding all the electrical, HVAC & kitchen equipment to make sure all the PM to be managed well time to prevent breakdown.Ensure timely maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment ( Like Transformer , DG , UPS , Chiller , AHU, Split AC , Lifts ,MHEs)Prepare comprehensive cost for new work or renovation, keep track of all previous record & cost. Ensure site team to follow the preventive maintenance schedules for each Multiplex without fail.Analyzing & monitoring electrical power, HVAC system, fire equipment & system, different kinds of chairs of cinema across different sites of north region.CFM measurement, GPM measurement, coil cleaning, condenser cleaning preventive, proactive, reactive maintenance of chiller, Ahu & other utility equipment.
