Manager Operations And Software Testing
• Provide extended support for adhoc request to various US stakeholders.• Collaborate with Global stateside partners related to ERP testing and new project deployments.• Performing End to End review of the work performed/ establishing controls/ streamlining the process and developing domain expertise.• Interacting with Business Partners on daily basis to understand new project requirements. Liaise between customers from different geographies and US Finance team for various application updates and testing initiatives.• Use case management system to manage cases, assign cases to other teams, validate cases, manage communication with users via delivered functionality. • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a talented high-performing team of technical Quality Engineers and manual testers.• Conducting hiring, perform appraisals and job enhancement of the process.• Involved in MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) meeting with internal stakeholders.• Performing Analysis, Reporting, LOB Dashboards and other ad hoc operations to support new site• Actively involved in the process transition, process trainings and LC completed within stipulated time frame. Strong knowledge and thorough understanding of SDLC, STLC process, CI/CD and Quality Assurance methodologies.• Expertise in preparing and reviewing Test Design, Test Strategy, Test cases and other testing related artifacts.• Responsible for QA team estimates, Test Planning, Work allocation, tracking and Priority Management in one or more projects.
