Successfully led the strategic transition of Ummeed’s Office Productivity Suite from Google to Microsoft 365, ensuring a seamless and efficient migration. This high-stakes project required overcoming complex technical challenges while engaging extensively with the entire operational team. I played a key role in addressing their concerns, conducting training sessions, and developing comprehensive training manuals to ensure smooth adoption of the new platform.Additionally, I spearheaded the streamlining of Ummeed’s asset management systems by implementing advanced automated tools. I oversaw the IT team’s work, mentoring and empowering team members to take on greater responsibilities. I also collaborated closely with the Clinic and Training Management teams to upgrade and enhance their IT infrastructure, driving operational excellence.
