Act as a subject matter expert for engineered sealing solutions , fasteners and washers. Provide troubleshooting and field diagnostics to determine customer problems and recommending best available engineering practice to meet emission standards. • Run joint integrity calculations as per ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII to define the effectiveness of gasket design. Use PVRC method to calculate corresponding gasket and bolt stress values to achieve desired tightness class. • Conducting root-cause failure analysis (RCFA) on bolted joints and helping clients establish best commissioning and flange assembly practices in accordance with ASME PCC-1.• Recommending bolt torques, lubrication and gasket installation procedures as per application. Preparing technical documents to support the sales and marketing effort • Deliver bolted joint flange assembly training sessions to clients, Distributors. Perform API 624 / API 641 valve packing testing and provide solutions to valve OEMs to achieve low emission packing and valvePerform metallic gasket performance test and deliver training / awareness to the customer about the performance test importance for low emission.Provide solution for the valve gland packing to valve OEMs and Non valve OEMs , TOBV pressure seal rings, Provide training to the customer about the gland packing

CURRENT JOB PROFILE:• Responsible for leading the Project commissioning.• Maintenance of various types of pumps:- Centrifugal & Positive displacement pumps.• Maintenance of Heat exchangers (Fixed tube, Floating head & U tube), Reboilers,PHE.• Maintenance of all type of reactors, Burner • Maintenance of Cooling tower, Gearbox, Roller Conveyor.• Maintenance of VAM.• Maintenance of Distillation column & Graphite column.• Maintenance of Storage tanks(MOC:- SS, PP), Breather valve & Safety valve.• Maintenance of various type of mechanical seals (Single & Double seal (Back to back, Face to face & Tandem arrangement).• Efficiently prepare Short term and long term maintenance planning in coordination with production & other related department.• Prepare Monthly report & Preventive maintenance report of the month.• Coordinate with Purchase department for material procurement at right time.• Maintenance of underground pipelines, Fire hydrants etc.• Managing the inventory of spares to ensure optimum inventory level in store.• Processing Preventive Maintenance & Planned maintenance Orders daily in SAP, as per schedule. • Carryout Why-Why Analysis for any breakdown.• Carry out all Technical approval for spares offer from vendor side.• Prepare Monthly & Shutdown budget.• Evaluation of contractor’s quotation, preparing contractor’s work order , checking of bills .• Creation of equipment spares code in SAP (PM module).• Inspection of spares & equipments after receiving at company stores.• Carry out painting inspection in the plant.• Carry out various fabrication jobs in plant .• Estimated the forthcoming modification scheme for respective plants.
