At Red Hat, my focus is to build long-lasting relationships with Red Hat's customers. On a daily basis, I am involved in designing enterprise solutions that focus on business value; educating customers on thebenefits and capabilities of Application Development portfolio.I also collaborate with pre sales teams to assist with defining account strategy with broader account teams. I engage with customer by undertaking application development PoCs and PoTs, discovery workshops and middleware workshops in order to help customers understand and implement agile development practices using Platform–As-A-Service (PAAS) to build cloud native applications. One of the key objectives in my role is to also educate other (customer) solutions architects on best practices and field and technical learnings.

I helped clients in implementing solutions that demonstrate the benefits and capabilities of TCS Cloud migration and Application Modernization portfolio based on AWS. I worked with customers to help them in understanding and adopting modern and agile development practices using Microservice Architecture and AWS Well Architected Framework to build native cloud applications on the AWS public cloud.My roles and responsibilities included understanding current technology and industry trends; relate those trends to customer value and TCS’s AWS BU offerings. I also assisted Presales team with application development PoCs and PoTs, discovery workshops, and cloud migration & modernizations workshops and seminars.

At Wipro, I was responsible for solution architecting and consulting for middleware applications for a Telecom Giant. My roles and responsibilities included Coordinating with client’s business teams / Enterprise and digital channel teams to capture the BRS and formulate the Impact Assessment (IA) and SRS documents. I also coordinated with Business Analysts and Domain architects to provide technicalsolution proposal and implementation strategy.At one point, I was leading the development team of Middleware & Enterprise Integration - APIGEE APImanagement, Redhat Fuse ESB and Newgen BPM. I also lead the Operations team of Middleware & Enterprise Integration from customer site (Yangon) to provide Site Reliability of middleware apps.

In Lexmark, I* worked on application development on Lexmark’s Enterprise software platform and Printer drivers. * provided L3 technical bug fixing support for Lexmark’s Imaging and data acquisition software applications * worked on application feature enhancement on existing applications as part of Change Request as initiated by clients.

At IXIA (now acquired by Keysight), my roles and responsibilities included :* Network device compliance testing software development.* Product enhancement and/or new features addition.* Developed testing harness for testing the product on different hardware (DUTs).* L3 technical bug fixing and issue resolution.

At IBM, I worked on the following :* C/C++ Application development on IBM AIX platform* C++ based Monitoring agent software development on IBM Systems Director product suite* Hardware testing and validation software development for IBM POWER 7/7+/8 series server hardware, written in C and deployed on AIX, RHEL and a custom Bare Metal Linux.

As a project engineer in Wipro, I worked on C++ Application development on ‘ATM Cross Connect’, an ATM to IP transport transceiver software for Linux based BSS hardware platform for a prominent Communication Service Provider.
