Responsibilities in Role: Oversee and direct construction project from conception to completion as single point of contact Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverable's, develop the program of work and strategy and planning ahead to prevent problems Make inspections of all onsite and offsite constructions to ensure adherence to regulations relating to health and safety and the environment Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques in compliance with building and safety codes using cost-effective construction methods Undertake necessary testing of construction methods and report subsequent information Communicate with a range of people including the client, local and international architect, international project management company, subcontractors, suppliers and the workforce Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory ensuring that it meets contractual conditions of performance Review the work progress on daily basis and prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status Analyse, manage and mitigate risks and investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites
