• Prepare scope of work, tender enquiry documents, obtain quotations for various maintenance projects• Complete technical comparison, technical bid evaluation & provide recommendations of the procurement of material & services. • Raise notification, PM order, purchase requisition in SAP• Prepare preliminary schedule for the various projects• In conjunction with the project planner, prepare and maintain construction schedule• Review ITPs & associated documents to ensure that the technical requirements are correct. • Work with contractors/suppliers and oversee project execution• Complete PSSR reviews once construction activities are complete• Produce accurate & timely project reports• Review all the technical documents received from contractors• Working on multiple projects from start to completion & handover to operations.

• Monitor ITR completion progress rate as per schedule and liaise with construction and QA/QC teams to drive ITR completion also endorse ITR’s where required.• Identify Site Instruction (SI), Construction Change Notice (CCNs), Carry Over Work (COW), RFIs for the allocated area, work with construction team, planners, contracts, pre-comm, client completion team and ensure work is complete and all the associated Inspection Test Records (ITRs “A” & “B”) are complete.• Liaise with construction / client team for the requirement of Field Instruction (FI), prepare and submit FI and ensure associated work is executed and close FI• Complete internal walk down before releasing the sub-system for Discipline Acceptance Certificate (DAC) walk downs.• Monitor sub-system readiness for construction completion, “A” ITRs & punch list completion. • Organize DAC Walk downs once construction for the sub-system is complete. Ensure Red Line Markups (RLMU’s) / Field Makups for the DAC walk downs are available. • Focal point for coordinating Gas Turbine Generator (GTGs) construction (5 GTGs x 115 MW each), pre-commissioning & handover sub-systems to client. • Raise and close out any DCR’s & exceptions associated with the sub-systems.• Work closely with construction team, planning assess proposed planned works and provide feedback on any opportunities or constraints. • Participate in a team that hands over systems from 80% - 100% Construction Complete, through Pre-commissioning to Client Handover in a Ready for Commissioning State (RFC).This process included but was not limited to the following.• Instruct construction teams to focus on priority sub-systems based on the integrated level schedules.• Ensure Sub-System is 100% complete prior to DAC walk down by verifying status in CCMS, Site Pro, Zenator and completing a pre-walk down.

Project: Worsley Efficiency & Growth Project – Worsley Alumina BHP Billiton Key Responsibilities: • Conduct Detail phases of startup & operation. • Coordinate startup between engineering, construction & client pre-commissioning team. • Perform testing on equipments and fill test sheets. • Prepare project administrative and technical documents as required for system startup. • Change scoped drawings according to client’s requirements and update associated material in Teamworks to reflect the changes. • Assist testing electricians to perform logic testing of system functions (e.g. interlocks, trips and permissive) and instrument loops• Participate in system turnover walkdowns for both construction and client turnovers. Initiate, track and resolve punchlist items for assigned areas of responsibilities. • Provide assistance to client personnel through the course of pre-commissioning system.
