>Prepare planning for production on daily basis.>Use to carry out layout inspection of new parts under development.>Working in ERP portal.>Give first part approval.>Analysis of rejection.>Full proofing and improvements through KAIZEN Activity.>To maintained the quality of finished products according to the different quality standards.>Involve in inspection, Audits and customers complaints.>Taking counter measures of the customer’s complaints, analysis for them. >To implement SME activity throughout the organization. >Planning on machine for production on daily routine.>Prepare OEE sheet & wastage >Manage 4 M SHEET.>Implementation of 5S, Kaizen and continuous >improvement related to cost, Quality, Safety & related processes.>Interacting with customer for non-conformity of product & understanding their requirement and working towards delighting them with quality products. >Loss Elimination in all work areas for achieving & sustaining zero defects.>Overall responsibility of reducing PPM in house & customer end.>To analyze & highlight the technical problem in execution of jobs to the Top management.>Making MIS QGM reports on daily basis for plant.>Morning meeting with floor workers.>In-house product & process audit.>Initiating, Implementation and verifying effectiveness of Corrective actions.>Control of non-confirming products.> Involve to setup new projects related to tape devision from starting to final stage including installation of machines and trails and boiler and electrical panel etc .
