Myself Sumit Prakash born and brought up in Jamshedpur and has done her Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia from Annamalai University. I joined People for Change in the year 2017 as a Project Associate and joined the leadership team in April 2018. I already had experience of One year of working with LGBT Community through Chennai Dost when i joined People for Change. In PFC, i got an opportunity to work with Adolescents and Youth from diverse backgrounds. This caused and major attitudinal change in my behavior towards working with youngsters. I now enjoys his work at People for Change and finds it amazing to see youth exploring themselves and their true self in Active citizenship projects executed by them under People for Change and see them developing into young change makers and initiators of a sustainable change in the long run.
