As an Orientation & Transition Leader for UMass Amherst’s New Student Orientation & Transitions team, I coordinated event planning for the Ready for the U and Welcome to the U programs, welcoming over 6,000 students and 2,000 family members and ensuring a seamless transition into the university community. I guided groups of up to 40 new students through orientation activities, providing personalized mentoring, addressing individual concerns related to academic and campus life, and facilitating smooth integration in both online and in-person settings. Additionally, I managed social media engagement by creating and sharing graphics, posts, and videos to keep incoming students informed and foster a strong connection to the UMass community. In collaboration with 30+ leaders and university staff, I engaged in problem-solving to execute large-scale events while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.

Drive organizational growth through inclusive practices, member recruitment, and training. Lead strategic planning and external relations as the primary liaison with administration and partners, optimizing club activities. Built the financial groundwork by managing budgets, funds, and ensuring policy compliance for official campus registration.

I ensured secure access to residence halls by managing student check-ins with UCard technology, monitoring building entries, and addressing security concerns to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

Represented the student body in the SGA Senate, voting on key financial and campus matters while serving on the Academic Oversight Committee to advocate for academic resources and improve communication between students and administration.

Streamlined client interactions by coordinating case renewals and scheduling appointments to support the sales team's efforts and drive successful client engagements. Executed targeted outreach, utilizing cold calls and emails to generate leads, secure client meetings, and maintain strong relationships.

Employed data analysis techniques to simplify trading strategies, including Swing trading, Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA), and risk management. Conducted review sessions to provide individualized support and enhance students' understanding of the crypto industry.

Managed event expenses and distributed profits as cash prizes among three winning teams. Utilized social media marketing and awareness campaigns to register 15 teams from different schools, strengthening brand ambassadorship for the event.
