Po monitor 100% schedule Vs supplyP.O. generation & its amendment in SAP.Procurement activities ie. P.O. release, delivery schedule, Vendors monitoring .To ensure no line stoppage/DI failure due to shortage of assigned items.Experience on KANBAN, JIT and Milk-Run systems.Controlling Receipt and Issue of Material on FIFO basis. To ensure timely material availability on shop floor through KANBAN system.Continuously follow up with SCM department regarding urgent material requirements.Excellent Knowledge of SAP in MM Module like as NRGP, RGP And GRR.Controlling of Slow / Non moving items.Coordination with other dept. as well as sub-contractor for job work.Plan, Monitor & Control of manufacturing activities for achieving high productivity with minimum material, machine and monitoring expenses.Working as a key team member for Red, Slow and Dead inventory control at plant level.Production follow up activities & problem solving techniques, like Plan Vs Actual Comparison to achieve targets. Taking small projects to improve productivity by reducing WIP.Ensuring that operating procedures, documents and records are maintained as per the requirements of TS audit and other statutory audits up to Customer service and Customer Satisfaction Level.Generating, maintaining, analyzing and presenting daily / weekly / monthly reports; creating MIS report and presenting it to the concerned department.Conducting training programs to enhance operational efficiencies of workforce, focusing on technical & customer care aspect.
