Current• Sales Order processing in SAP and informing customers about delivery dates or arranging alternatives.• Coordinate with Production and Planner for times production.• Coordinate with Finance for Credit Control.• Coordinate with the central logistic team to get the material shipped on time.• Controlling the warehouse inventory, providing suggestions, and implementing to enhance the product movement processes.• Credit Note process through SAP.• Auditing orders on a daily basis and administering all open orders and ensuring appropriate order flow.• Inventory Control by timely review of aged Inventory and their liquidation.• Performing monthly physical counts and reconciling stock levels within SAP to maintain stock accuracy.• Resolving Issues like damage / Wrong Pricing, Location, and Customer refusal.• Maintaining Reports (Daily Sales Report, payment collection report, Order pendency) on daily, Weekly, and Monthly bases.
