It has been and continues to be a very dynamic job profile involving a lot of learning and management. I am currently taking care of entire Mumbai region and responsible for generating and closing MICE business for the Delhi based Hotel.

Was responsible for the corporate accounts in the catchment area for the Hotel i.e. Andheri East on day to day basis and getting FIT business for the Leela Hotels.

Handled some very crucial accounts (including consolidators) for Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa in North West of Mumbai. Job profile included dealing with corporate, event management companies and travel agencies on day to day basis and getting MICE business for the Resort,thereby achieving the hotel budgets and personal budget. One of the major responsibilities was to work closely with all the departments of the Hotel and deliver the best service to the client thereby creating repeat clientele and developing brand loyalty.Developing long term relation and good understanding of clients was another important requisite of the job.

Was handling Powai , Navi Mumbai and Nariman Point area for the Hotel.Job profile included dealing with corporates, event management companies and travel agencies on day to day basis and getting MICE business for the Goa based Resort .
