• Strategize for Business Development and client relationship development. • To liaison with corporate clients, Brokers for new Business Development, servicing and deep mining existing clients to achieve MOM targets and maintain high retentions.• Monitor service levels in corporate in terms of quote presentations (Property and Casualty, Marine, Engineering, Employee benefit Policy and other Misc. Products), policy deliverances, and post policy issuance within the agreed TAT.• Liaisoning with the internal stakeholders like underwriting, claims, marketing, reinsurance as well as finance team.• Ensure effective implementation of processes by corporate office.• Adherence to internal processes and external regulations.• Update the reporting authority and on market competition and business figures on daily/weekly basis.• Monitor and optimize the corporate renewal business and cost of acquisition of the channel.• Arranging different training programs for Channel partners.• Efficient database management.• Motivate guide and support team members thus enable to achieve desired results.• Track lost deals and reason for the same.• Coordinating with clients and help them in settling their respective claims.
