Responsible for supporting Enterprise Administrators facing issues with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft MDM (Intune and Office 365). • Working on tickets having issues related to Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft MDM Intune • Resolving escalations for commercial users • Upload and Configure OEM Store applications (Microsoft, Apple and Google). • Deploy LOB or in-house applications to endpoints.• Deploy LOB/Store, Win32, Built-in and Office 365 Suite applications to group of users (AAD user/device groups) • Monitor application deployment status. Intune - Service Administration• Assignment of subscriptions and licenses to users. • Apple APNS Management (renewal), Configuring Managed Google Play• Android for Work (Google), Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP), Apple Configurator, Autopilot, Bulk, Azure AD Joined (Microsoft). • Device settings configuration to enable Azure AD join (for Windows 10 devices) and how to do Azure AD Register • MDM auto enrollment configurations (for Windows 10 devices) and enabling Co-management • Reporting. Intune - Mobile Application Management • LOB Application Wrapping for iOS and Android managed applications. • Intune - Device/Profile Management - Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete policies and implementing Configuration policies like Device restrictions, Wi-Fi profile, domain join profile etc. and Compliance Policies for iOS, Android and Windows. • Device Life Cycle and Enrollment process of endpoints (iOS, Windows 10 and Android), Device actions: Retire and Wipe Devices.• SCEP deployment • Windows Information Protection (Deployment and Troubleshooting)• AAD/Intune - Conditional Access - Create, Maintain, Update, Deploy and Delete CA policies for Windows, Android, iOS, MacOS
