Responsible for guiding a team of 3 recruiters regarding requisitions, basic recruiting tactics, company compliance and making sure that they are able to deliver and meet their individual targets as assigned. Coordinate with the Account Manager to assign requirements for the team, coordinate with the recruiters regarding any interviews or offers. Coordinate with the candidates/consultants to keep them updated with details such as status of their profile submitted with the client, interviews and offers etc. Train, mentor and develop skills in new joiners/associates. Attend bi-weekly/monthly client meetings to understand the need of any particular critical requisition which requires special focus. Make decisions using quick judgment and acted calmly while dealing with critical incidents Achieve professional targets as assigned by the Account Manager. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities included preparing Job Description, creating appropriate search strings and using them to source resumes from different Job Portals as well as ATS, calling candidates to evaluate their skills and experience, and also validating their resume. Job portals used for sourcing resumes: Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Healthjobsnationwide, etc. ATS used for sourcing profiles: Job diva, Conrep. Sourced and contacted passive candidates online and creating talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future relevant job opportunities. Published Job Ads on portals (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, Healthjobsnationwide) and screen job applications received through these postings. Used VMS/Client Portals such as: ZeroChaos (now WORKFORCE LOGIQ), SAP Fieldglass, PeopleFluent (now Vector VMS), WAND and VNDLY for the purpose of submitting candidate profiles, scheduling interviews and accepting offers. Prepared candidates prior to telephonic/in-person interviews with Hiring Managers from the client side. Guided candidates through the entire process of on-boarding /documentation once they get an offer, and also assist them with issues such as payment, inputting timesheet, attendance etc. after they start working.
