 Working as an active Team member of Product Development Team  Responsible for design and development of new plastic products, reverse engineer of the existing products  Developing new vendors for the mold developments of the designed Products. Visiting vendors for the inspection of the molds being developed there. Visiting vendors to understand their needs and expectations so that we can meet their expectations duly in time and quality. Knowledge of SMT line (Surface Mounting Technology), FUJI (NXT ll). Working on SPM’s and successfully implementation  Responsibility of achieving targets in time with quality. Responsible for optimizing all the process parameters of the machine as per process sheet. Checking of product quality, Check sheet, Process sheet, production inspection report. Training to Operators about the operation of machine, safety factor, cleanliness through 5s, and reduction of Wastages. Making Process to eliminate all types of rejection. Increase productivity of line through improving yield, rejection and cycle time.Achievement: 3 times Awarded as Best Employee in Moser Baer in a tenure of 4 Years in March 2007, Sept. 2009 & March 2010. New plant set up for UFDs in Moser Baer, NOIDA & Set up of P&P Dept in G .Noida. Play major role for making moulds, Jigs for SONY Japan. Making programs for Marko Laser, G-tech Router for cutting and laser marking PCB’s. Making programs for SMT line (NXT II), DEK printer (Horizon02i) & setting profile of Vetronics Soletec (xpm3). Making successful Dies for PET to PET (RF sealing machines) & PET to Card (Heat sealing machines). Successfully introduce ultrasonic sealing of plastic components.Specialties: ·
