• Key Projects:o Axis MS Project, Indonesia from Jul’13- Till Date o DTAC 2G Swap Project, Thailand from Apr’12-Jun’13 o BSNL 2G & 3G Rollout & SWAP Project from Aug’10-Mar’12• Accountable for optimization, tuning and trouble shooting for GSM cellular networks and parameter optimization through statistical analysis and trials, including: WCDMA Radio Network Tuning.• Responsible for monitoring, optimization & PAT Report acceptance of 34 Clusters (nearly 500 Sites).• Accountable for optimizing of 20 (15 Voice + 5 Data) network KPIs (After Swap from NSN to Ericsson) for each cluster to achieve better results than Pre-Swap (NSN Baseline) KPIs.• Conducting Cell Wise Analysis to maintain the KPI performance on Daily Basis using all kinds of QOS Reports and suggesting parameter changes & physical changes for KPI improvement.• Performing Pre-Swap & Post-Swap Drive Test log files analysis for each cluster.• Handling and resolving customer complaint regarding the network.• Conducting analysis of weekly assigned worst performing cells (WPC) and giving recommendations for their improvement.• Responsible for Initial Tuning & Auditing of 2G & 3G network and planning of new sites on basis of customer requirement & RF Surveys.
