Scheduling the automated report to provide up to date information to clients about their shipments.• Consulting relevant teams and reporting to Customs about incoming shipments to Australia within SLA. Provide update to clients and update cargo status in system database for real time updates. Checking Transshipment and custom status for custom Clearance.• Analyzing stored data in system and create dashboard to get a quick overview of clients report data and help various department inside the organization.• Updating incident summary and relevant screenshot while logging ticket to ensure all incident related information has been provided.• Creating/assigning logins for new employees, password reset. Grant permissions to employees as per their roles and responsibilities. • Document and creating SOP’s.• Perform tasks across the whole shipment cycle including shipment document collection, data entry into system, update shipment status, and support, releasing shipments to clients.• Responsible for identifying, evaluating, testing, and maintaining Cargowise technology products and services, including keeping up-to-date on the latest developments in the logistics industry with respect to technology.• Support and assist clients and accounting teams by providing shipment update and also in invoicing clients.• Create reports, data extracts and scheduling reports through Cargowise one. Creating and Customizing order/forwarding report as per client requirements.• Manage reports for customer: PO Order management report, Order forecast report, Cartage report.• Understanding of ITIL Framework.
