I love problem solving with the help of modern technology. Being C++ expert right from the starting of my career I enjoyed working at different position in software industry, right from C++ software developer to building and leading high performance team. I did my bachelors in electronics and communication and while studying micro controllers, I developed interest in assembly language. This drove my attention to C and C++ language and to keep my enthusiasm in programming alive I decide to pursue post graduation in software from CDAC (formerly NCST)The same passion carried me through career in IT industry. I started my journey in 2006 as C++ and MFC developer. I kept improving my programming skills using different programming language and on different OS platforms like Windows, different flavors of Unix and even in proprietary HP Tandem platform. Working in different domain, projects and team helped me with diverse experience in IT. Gradually it became more fascinating to work on more challenging tasks like leading professional development team, interacting with clients and meeting difficult goals. My transformation from winning to helping team to win is more joyful now.In this high demanding industry, I always focus on educate, refine and be a better person. The joy of creating beautiful and powerful software and enhancing enterprise level products keeps me animated.
