(it’s contain:- Production, Foiling, Recycling,& Bending{Team size=22}) In-depth understanding of handling process problems, tooling problem. Hands on experience in start-up & setting of tools with least scrap, process troubleshooting, periodic maintenance of tool & approval of quality product. Responsible for entire production related activity like Raw material planning, manpower management, recording of production data in SAP. Proclaimed excellence in CPA Corrective preventive action /breakdown analysis of machines to minimize Breakdown’s. An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills A result oriented professional with 81/2 years of experience in looks over to all production activities required for production including Quality control, troubleshooting all kinds of problem related to production. Coordinating in extrusion process on production of unplasticized PVC production facilities Skilled on Twin Screw Kabra, THEYSOHN & krauss maffei extruder of uPVC profile.
