 Taking dictation and typing accordingly; independently drafting letters / correspondences. Making travel arrangement for the employees, identifying the travel agent, scheduling of vehicles, etc. Maintaining general office equipments and interacting with the service providers in case of servicing and repair when they are due for AMC. Editing and correcting and proof reading the legal documents in consultation with advocates and MD. Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.  Coordinating and interacting with various vendors for purchase of materials, items and comparing rates call for negotiations. Finalising the sourcing agency for supply of items and making agreements after obtaining of approvals. Supervising and controlling security services provided by the agency and to educate and warning them in case of any irregularity, supervising House keeping activities. Ensuring facility management with respect to any basic service providers like (Electricity Board), RTO, Telephone dept, etc and liaising with the concerned authorities to set right any short comings Drafting Letters and office correspondence; acting as overall in charge of routine admin related works.  Maintaining general office equipments and interacting with the service providers for AMC, etc. Liaising with various govt. agencies like RTO for follow up work. Implementing best practices in line with business goals of the organisation. Attending to grievances & initiating team motivational activities.
