Responsible for the entire Fresh Business - the farming, pack house operations and Sales of Fresh, IQF and Canned produce. Managing the complete P&L for the business.

- Overseeing the sales and marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth.- Driving sales efforts involving effective promotional activities, product awareness for growth and profitability.- Responsible for the sales and the P&L- Achieve sales volume, sales budget as the AOP- Implementing, monitoring the credit and the payment- To manage marketing and sales budgets in assigned region- Sales planning, budgeting and forecasting- Demand generation, sales monitoring- Develop long term business strategies- Analysis & evaluation of competitor’s activities- Data & MIS management
