Scammed Customer By Asus
CurrentASUS India is an unethical company where they have stopped responding on Mail, Twitter, Instagram Calls, Instructed service centers to close the complains without diagnosis and not answering my mails and Calls. Asus already replaced Motherboard, batteries, keyboard, powerbutton but still unable to resolve the issue and problems are reoccurring. On raising the complaint again they agreed for diagnosis but made a false report of not having any issue with Machine. Mr Amol the senior member of Asus Trying to manipulate situation to put blame on me as they were unable to solve the issues and forcing me to submit laptop even for a basic diagnosis which was done atleast 8 times onsite. Even if I agree to submit the laptop Asus still not taking any responsibility that the issues will not reoccur. Plus Asus is not a reliable. It's Battery swollen in just 4 MONTHS. Motherboard got corrupted in 4 months. Just after repair Keyboard starts malfunctioning( which was doing from day 1) but even keys stopped working in 5 months. New replaced keyboard's keys misaligned in 1 month. It's Ryzen 9 but lags a lot seems like an i3 processor. Speakers making jittering noise Fans making strange noises like sparking randomly Laptop restarts automatically Laptop over heats even in sleep mode Random battery draining even after plugged in And many more The worst part is that Asus is not willing to provide any permanent solution to the issues and doesn't care about it's customer. It's been 8+ months and this laptop feels like a piece garbage So think before you make a decision
