Get Me Success is an application developed by I Prep Learning Solution. I was part of starting this journey from development of this application by taking feedback from direct users and coordinate with the development team.

Project Undertaken: Creation & Commercialization of Fraudsters BlacklistSignificant Highlight: Created a database of more than 200 blacklisted trucks and assimilated it with mobile application giving benefit to more than 3000 app users# Analyzed market fluctuations with a focus to reach out to unexplored markets/ customer; harmonized with existing as well as potential customers and defined high standard service norms for client servicing# Analyzed issues being faced by transporters and convinced them to share their blacklisted trucks and drivers data to avoid risks for other transporters # Conducted consumer and market research for better understanding of brand dynamics (logistics sector), consumer needs and market opportunities vis-à-vis mapping business needs to the development of new brand/s, brand extension, etc.
