Assigned as Engineering Manager for HVO unit on RedIIGreen Project - Client Shell.Responsible for all the Process Modules (PAU) and PAR within HVO unit. Activities includetechnical engineering coordination within engineering disciplines of Worley, Shell andfabrication yard contractor at YANDA. Weight Control report Management, Organizingregular technical review meetings on modular part, Meeting with Shell for freezing of 3DModel, P&ID , HAZOP ,SIL outstanding points.

Tecnimont's first project to execute Modularization philosophy for IGD expansion for ADGAS. Currently responsible for all the field engineering activities relevant to Module yard which consist of 10 nos. Piperacks modules and 3 nos. Process module with estimated 25 000 Inch Dia of piping ,1600 tons of steel structure , 1 no Air fin coolers and 25 kms of cable run.

Worked as Engineering Manager for all issues relevant to Interface with existing plant for ADGAS E1 expansion project.

Responsible for all warranty related issues for Habshan 5 Mega project ( 4.7 billion USD ) relevant to TCM portion ,under joint venture with JGC -Japan. Job responsibility involved coordination with end user , vendor , operators etc. in resolving of all issues raised by EU after post start up of the plant under warranty period .It also involved preparation of efficient schedule , developing methodology and activity sequence for resolution of all technical issues during shutdown period. Participation in hazop and root cause analysis were some of the other key activities. Liaising with sub-contractor, third party insurance and home office on all cost related matters linked with reduction of Bank guarantees ( 350 MM USD ) and eventually issuance of FAC.

Deputed to Site for Field Engineering services for Borouge 3 Project in Ruwais in Western Region of Abu Dhabi.

•To assist Field Engineering Manager for smooth execution of field activities at site.•Co-ordination with construction & Commissioning group at site to resolve site related queries with sub-contractor, PMTC as per Client requirement.•To solve technical queries of sub-contractor at field and coordinating various discipline were required to provide time & cost effective solution as per contract requirement.•Assisting piping group at site for test pack review, instrument and control group for loop check and interlock check documentation.•Co-ordination with Mechanical Completion group and attending issues arising from system walk down like resolution of punch items as per contract requirement.•Co-ordination with HVAC sub-contractor at site for smooth installation of HVAC system in sub-station and IES.•Provided assistance to commissioning group for preparation of various documents required for GAS IN checklist & documents required for performance test qualification at site.•Involved with operation team and end user for start-up of burners & furnace equipment in SRU unit.•Working knowledge of BMS & ESD system and was involved with operation team for fine tuning of complex loop during plant start up.
