I have been immersed in the Architecture profession since graduating NJIT back in 2006. I have worked on a wide array of project types including Commercial Interiors, Full Building Renovations and Conversions, Residential Upgrades, Facade Renovations and even Local Law 11 renovations. With over 15 years of experience and working throughout NYC I am well versed in NYC Building Codes, aggressive timelines, coordination with multiple consultants simultaneously and also tenant/landlord relations. I have been involved in everything from the early schematic design process to construction drawings to punchlist, from soup to nuts, from start to finish I understand every aspect of the built environment. I also have a background in working on Landmarks Status Buildings which require an attention to detail and coordination with LPC with meetings and reviews to receive approval.
