I bring in extensive experience in the outsourcing industry including consultative sales, P&L management, forging alliances/partnerships, global delivery operations, and has been associated with some of the top service providers in the IT industry. In a career spanning two decades, I have gained a rich blend of BU and large account management, creating and leading large deal pursuits, contract negotiations, team management and building lasting client relationships with good experience across various industry verticals.I have been a seasoned industry professional with multiple roles of increasing responsibilities where I have been most successful in growing smaller businesses into large strategic relationships, managing BUs leading with Innovation, focus on Customer Experience and Client Advocacy as the core tenets. In my previous roles, I have launched multiple initiatives that led to a significant growth of some of the engagements while resulting in a complete turnaround in relationship and overall Customer Experience across select industry verticals. Backed by some innovative initiatives/constructs, have led the team to over 40% CAGR growth in four years of operations of a large Telecom operator helping lay down a strong foundation for the Telecom, M&E vertical at HCL. During my stint with HCL's A&D business, I was responsible for growing one of HCL’s most strategic relationships with a Fortune 50 company that witnessed significant growth with a 5 year CAGR of >27% and also won the coveted “Supplier of the Year” award for two consecutive years in 2010 and 2011. During my prior stints at Cognizant and HCL as the NA Sales Leader for RCG, T&H and BU Head for M&E in DXC I brought in extreme focus on Consumerism and led with a Platform based approach to solving business problems resulting in several team successes. Leading with a servant leadership style, I took multiple initiatives to change the mindset of the team to bring focus on large impactful deals creating sustained business and technology impact for the Customers.In my current role as a VP of Strategic Sales focused on Commercial industry, I remain committed to bringing the best of NTT Data and OneNTT ecosystem to help Clients take advantage of the Digital revolution to transform their business models/processes, customer experience through platform led innovation and creative deal constructs to make Return on Digital real.
