I will start my intro with the word "Explicit". I am a fan of being explicit, that how as Product manager I get to move the product/projects fast and seamless.Now what the trick? it's about clear communication; Instead of asking your development team, "change the authentication process of sign in process" I ask them, " keep the captcha auto of general traffic and opt for image captcha for suspicious traffic. Be it an application, website, landing page, creative for ads; being explicit in the communication makes the work flow much better. Believe me once you start this with your team, they will love like it; it eliminates the possibility of miss communication. Next, I want to talk about the digital marketer in me, The way I have learnt digital marketing Is by using in it real life, I run my own ads for b'day, I keep people I know updated about me. I have 100+ SaaS tool subscriptions, from security to content writing to AI.I got my hands on ; so anywhere I need to provide a solution I have the resources and Knowledge that make me an effective Product Manager.I am big big fan of Product Hunt; love to know what the community is doing and what else solutions are coming in the market.I started my career from an Agency, I am still an agency guy; Someday it's amazing that you are having conversation with 12+ different client and providing them solutions in different businesses; some days and are just like Blahh.. but it is what it is. It was my choice. Agency world have give me super great Knowledge of dealing with other humans.. every type; how to work in a team and how to communicate at best. Coming to the product management ; I have built two products to which I am extremely product of ; NiceBox.io and bananashop.ai . NiceBox is password sharing tool for agencies. BananaShop is E-commerce development platform. I have worked on 60+ ecom website; for their sales, design , payment method changes, optimization for sales etc. Working on platform like Woo-commerce , shopify, magneto, custom build websites. I was in trouble that why ecom website building is so hard as it takes days to build the website even if you have all the content ready. and when you are building it, you request plugins apps and what not ; come-on it's 2022 ; why big gaints haven't figeid out of making and managing a website easily.
