• Joined HPIPL, a Corporate Assessment & Audit Agency headquartered in Gurgaon, as the Director of Operations. My primary responsibility is to establish and streamline their assessment wing in accordance with the Qualification Packs provided by Sector Skill Councils.• In my role, I am involved in various key activities, including:o Developing Assessment Blueprint and Matrix: I collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop customized assessment blueprints and matrices that align with their needs and industry standards.o Building the Assessment Team: I am responsible for assembling a highly skilled and qualified assessment team. This involves identifying and recruiting subject matter experts and assessors with the expertise needed for different assessment projects.o Establishing a Network of Subject Matter Experts and Assessors: I develop and maintain a robust network of qualified subject matter experts and assessors who can contribute to the assessment process, ensuring the availability of diverse expertise for different industry domains.o Creating Assessment Tools: I oversee the development of essential assessment tools, including question banks and feedback forms. o Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): I design and implement standardized operating procedures for various aspects of the assessment process. This includes planning assessments, ensuring quality assurance, defining assessment methodologies, content development, streamlining the hiring process, managing data storage, and clarifying roles and responsibilities for the assessment team.o Through these efforts, my aim is to establish a highly efficient and quality-driven assessment wing within HPIPL. By implementing best practices, utilizing industry standards, and fostering a culture of excellence, I strive to ensure that our clients receive accurate and reliable assessments that meet their specific requirements.

o Affiliation with the National Council for Vocational Education & Training (NCVET): In compliance with NCVET regulations, it was imperative for SGAB to obtain affiliation from NCVET as an approved Assessment Agency to contribute effectively to the Skill India initiative. Obtaining this affiliation was a significant milestone that required dedicated efforts and adherence to stringent standards.o Over a span of 1.5 years, we tirelessly worked towards fulfilling all the necessary criteria and meeting the rigorous standards set by NCVET. This involved meticulous planning, meticulous documentation, and meticulous implementation of quality processes. Through relentless determination and unwavering commitment, SGAB successfully obtained the coveted affiliation from NCVET.o As a result of this achievement, SGAB emerged as one of the qualified Assessment Agencies among the 50 pan-India organizations authorized by NCVET. o Affiliation with Sector Skill Councils: I helped company affiliated with 11 Sector Skill Councils for pan India Operations, establishing their 11 regional offices across India.o Developing Assessment Blueprint and Matrix: I developed Assessment Blueprints taking reference from Qualification Packs, which helped in developing assessment questions.o Building the Assessment Teamo Establishing a Network of Subject Matter Experts and Assessorso Creating Assessment Toolso Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Designed and implemented standardized operating procedures for various aspects of the assessment process. • SMSS is a recognized Training Partner at NSDC, and my primary objective upon joining was to affiliate SMSS as a Non-Funded Training organization with the National Skill Development Council (NSDC). To achieve this, I have undertaken various key responsibilities:o Application Development: I have played a crucial role in developing and submitting the required applications and documents to NSDC for the affiliation process.o Meetings: I have actively participated in meetings with NSDC representatives to discuss the affiliation process, clarify requirements, and address any queries or concerns.o Quality Assurance: I have ensured that all training programs and activities conducted by SMSS meet the quality standards set by NSDC. This involves implementing rigorous quality control measures and monitoring the effectiveness of training delivery.o Compliance Handling: I have been responsible for ensuring compliance with NSDC guidelines and regulations. This includes adhering to financial, infrastructural, and operational requirements specified by NSDC.o Training Centre Audits: I have overseen the audit process for SMSS training centers to ensure they meet NSDC's standards. This involves assessing financial aspects, infrastructure readiness, and operational capabilities.o Establishing Training Centres: I have taken the lead in establishing training centers that align with NSDC's standards and guidelines, ensuring that the infrastructure, facilities, and resources meet the necessary criteria.o Conduct of Training of Trainers: I have initiated and facilitated the Training of Trainers (ToT) programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of trainers associated with SMSS. This ensures that trainers possess the necessary knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality training.
