As a MEP Project Engineer with Access Engineering PLC, I have to do below duties and responsibilities,• Engineering Designs and Calculations of Plumbing, Fire protection & Pumps System.• Installation of Plumbing, Fire, Electrical, Central Gas and Ducting systems.• To prepare submissions such as shop drawing, material catalog, sample board, project quality plan (PQP), Project Program and work method statement for MEP consultant and client approvals.• To liaise with subcontractors, MEP consultant and client, for any clarifications of drawings, system discrepancy, and requirement spec to comply on site.• Preparation of MEP Budget and cost Monitoring.• Preparation of site program and progress monitoring.• To witness and verify M&E progress claim per month based on work done on site for each related tread.• Preparation of quotations / tender’s specifications, invitation for quote/tender, etc.• Review and direct the team's work processes to effectively and efficiently for maximum productivity.

Method of statements, Inspection & test plan, material and equipment submittals, installation check lists for approvals.• Manage all Technical Officer, Quantity surveyors & Draughtsman.• Check all the QA & QC of the works.• Attending progress review meeting with client.• Program preparation for site works & Progress monitoring.
