As a QA/QC Senior Inspector/Coordinator/Expeditor/Engineer duties and responsibilities are review and approval of vendor’s and subcontractor’s documents / reports, QC coordination with vendors & NDT sub contractors, conduct/witness welding procedure and performance qualification tests, manage/verify welding electrodes and consumables control, coordination with PMC/TPI for sub contractor’s/vendor’s stage wise and final inspections as per the applicable ITP, drawings, project specifications, codes and standards.Carry out In process and final inspection of fit-up, welds and coating in brown field /green field areas and Prepare daily field reports.Co-ordination and witness of NDT activities as well RT film interpretation.Witness of Mechanical/Hydrostatic/Pneumatic tests, MTC Review.Familer with different international codes and standards such as AWS, API, ASME, ASTM, BSEN etc.Worked in projects and in fabrication shops India, UAE, Kuwait & Qatar also carried out freelance and vendor inspections in various regions India, UAE, Kuwait, Thailand & Kenya in the fields of oil & gas, petro-chemical, power and desalination plants constructions worked with various third party inspection agencies, project management companies, vendors, prestigious clients and consultants like REAL, BVQI, Lloyds-Register, Moody-intl, Germanischer-Lloyd, Velosi, DNV, TUV- Rheinland, JGC, KBR, Tecnimont, Shell, Petrofac, Saipem Eni, Simens Power, Acciona, CH2M-HILL, Wood Group-JPKenny, Worley Parsons, Mott-MacDonald, Gasco, KOC, PDO, Qstec, Technip, ILF, Dubai-Gas, Hitachi–Zosen, TD Williamson, Zadco,QP etc.
