• Responsible for sourcing, recruiting and hiring IT professionals across a wide range of roles.• Sourcing profiles from our internal database, Monster, LinkedIn, Employee Referrals, Indeed, etc.,• Analyzing the staffing requirement to document the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) required.• Maintaining a database of all professional candidates come across.• Responsible for screening and short-listing the profiles.• Gathering all the required information from the Candidates such as Educational Qualification, Total Experience, Skill Set Experience, Current Company, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Residential Status, Availability etc. and judging the capability of the Candidate if one could be matching with the respective job description.• Negotiate availability, salary, extend offers and explain benefits as well.• Regular follow ups with the shortlisted candidates, right from their phone interview till on boarding.
