Current* Sourcing Profile's from established channels and identifying right resource for each requirement.* Sourcing the right profile for the requirement at hand by mapping the skills set, Project experience & communication skill* Sources potential candidates through job boards like Dice, Corp-Corp, Monster and our internal database.* Using ATS( Applicant tracking System) likeJobdiva etc.* Experience in sourcing resume through networking, referrals, job posting.* Correspond with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and perform initial phone screening.* Ensure availability of back up resources in the event of candidate back-outs for key positions or any emergencies.* Using VMS like wipro synergy for uploading the resume of consultant.* Submissions of sourced resume to the requirements, follow -ups with Account Manager and scheduling interview.* Negotiating the compensation packages.* Sourcing the right profile for the requirement at hand by mapping the skills set, Project experience & communication skill* Recruiting experience in Fulltime/ContractConsulting positions.* Strong background in teambuilding, including sourcing, motivation assessment, and identifying best-fit candidates.* Source through various techniques like Internet tools, Referrals and Database etc.* Daily coordination of candidate resumes, submittals, interviews, closures, and sales recruiting tracking* Worked with candidates Directly on W2, C2C,Contract to Hire.* Responsible for posting requisitions on the company websites and job boards* Great proficiency and knowledge in recruiting techniques such as Vendor Managements, job boards, Databases and Referrals.* Screening the resumes based on competency and skills* Technically screening the candidates identifying appropriate technical skill sets and short-listing the probable candidate for various skillsets at different levels of expertise aimed at sourcing best of talents
