Current• Implement Forms Module in conjunction with SDLC.• Conduct training for new hires on forms, modules, and design processes. • Assist in triaging customer support escalations.• Confer with development engineers to resolve technical issues and verify solutions. • Implement gap analysis and create detailed analysis reports and specifications. • Develop and optimize application Knowledge Base and create new case petitions. • Analyze and develop data mapping and system-defined questionnaires related to specific government forms.• Design common database procedures for forms upgrade and delivery.• Write and execute forms-based unit test plans based on feature requirements and design documentation. • Review and develop the PDF and HTML forms utilizing field definitions, design techniques, JavaScript, validations, and database procedures and operations.• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.• Manage and coach team to provide quality deliverables.• Serve as the subject matter expert on Forms, Questionnaires and Knowledgebase area.• Participate in Functional designs, Impact analysis, QA process for the new enhancements, and deliverables.• Owned the go-live for Canadian Market by introducing Forms, Questionnaire, and knowledgebase in a very short span in Inszoom• Owned the go-live for 50+ Countries introducing Forms, Questionnaire, and knowledgebase.• Part of Zoomee delivery team (Zoomee- An intelligent process automation bot for immigration teams - INSZoom’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant Bot powered by RPA, AI, and ML skills!)• Visited the INSZoom Headquarters at Pleasanton, California multiple times to work on forms module projects
