Sumi Thomas serves as Vice President of the Blackstone Legal Fellowship—a unique and influential community committed to shaping the legal profession and impacting culture. The mission of the Fellowship is straightforward: bring together top Christian law students from across the globe, foster their formation in legal theory and practice, and equip them with the professional skills, networks, and insights needed to excel in their careers. In her role, Sumi leads the recruitment, professional development, and alumni teams, who work with an extensive network of Fellows worldwide who are committed to being influential voices within the legal profession. She also provides individualized guidance, helping Fellows navigate their personal and professional journeys, build a strong network, develop their brand, and establish the credentials necessary to lead with impact. Her goal is to empower young lawyers to pursue truth, act with integrity, and courageously follow their calling as leaders in the legal community.
