I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Corporate Secretary from Hindustan College of Arts & Science, where I gained a strong foundation in business administration, finance, and law. I have applied these skills to various roles in the information technology and services industry, ranging from web researcher to inside sales executive. I have developed expertise in data research and analysis, customer support, lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing.
