Vipassana at age 32 opened all doors to healing and understood the mind body connection.Without healing the body with awareness, coping with deep issues is a struggle.Did my Masters in counselling psychology and learnt many methods of healing from deep within , helping people transform lives by addressing root causes.This helps prevention of Dis- Ease which is nothing but wounds in the quantum body manifesting in physical body. So mind body healing with awareness and comprehending root causes which lead to recovery is what i specialise in, coming from a rich experience of my personal journey.
