Accounts: Handling Petty cash, Preparing Monthly time sheets and tax invoices, managing receivables, Supplier Payments, expenses and all finance related transactions, allocating incomes and expenses of each project separately and Finalizing monthly payout report for each project, tracking due payments and cheques need to be collected and deposited.Managing and Tracking company fixed assets like vehicles and furniture's, Computer equipment's and machineries, Handling inventory and track the movement to different project proper and charge accordingly, Preparation of books of accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly.VAT RETURN: Filling of VAT return including input, output & payment of the liability.ADMINISTRATION: Looking after all administration work, monitoring visa and passport expiry and renewals of the employees, handling BPS (Dubai Municipality) for applying new projects and inspection.FINANCE: Management of cash flows to ensure effective utilization and distribution of funds.PAYROLL: Generation & processing of Payroll & other benefits of staff more than 150 Employees.INTERNAL CONTROLS & AUDIT: Supporting the Auditors and providing all the necessary details.RECONCILIATION: Reconciliation of ledgers and bank accounts.COSTING:Preparing & analyzing daily and monthly costs for Projects.ASSET MANAGEMENT: Handled Insurance claims and fixed asset and inventory management.PURCHASE: Keeping tight control over purchase cycle including vendor selection, quotations, market survey, pricing, quality and credit terms.
