(MGSC), I had the privilege of serving as an Associate SAP Consultant to a Developer in this dynamic Captive Shared Support Centre of METRO AG. It was my initial step into the professional world, and I took on the responsibility of being part of a specialized team dedicated to SAP License Audit Workbench.My role encompassed a range of vital tasks, including the creation, modification, and deletion of user IDs and roles in R/3, as well as the management of regular and temporary user accounts. I worked extensively with SUIM reports for weekly consolidation and provided essential support for user administration across production, development, and test environments.One of my key contributions was assisting the Operations Team in resolving day-to-day authorization issues and conducting training sessions for new team members. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in strengthening communication between the sales and operations teams, leading to a remarkable 33% increase in performance through collaborative campaigns.I took the initiative to streamline client communication, making it more responsive, and improved timeline management, which significantly boosted staff productivity.
