I introduce myself, Sumit Kathare, an Architectural professional with over 15 years experience in Building Design and Construction with a diverse Work experience and project portfolio. I Possess a Masters Degree in Construction Management and Bachelors Degree in Architecture.During my professional career, I have worked on several project typologies including Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Hospitality and Automotive. Through the successful completion of different stages of these projects, I developed strong skills in conceptual design, design development, architectural detailing of interior spaces, facades, landscaping and coordinating the project among building service consultants. I have worked on all stages of a project life cycle from Pre concept to handover, Collaborated with Clients to monitor project progress, created design and presentation drawings, detail drawings, architectural specifications and building schedules. I also have on-site experience and knowledgeable in the application and adherence to local building codes.
