Assistant Manager - Product Development
Current• Handling the New Product Development (NPD) with different fibers and blends, weaving structures, shades/prints/finishes, sewing &confection, embellishments and packaging.• Understanding the requirements of the customer in all aspects and developing the products considering the bulk feasibility. • Developing the initial inquiry samples, style out samples, fit/size/Confection samples, testing samples, photoshoot samples, PP samples and top of production samples. • Developing and ensuring all product and product related approvals as Lab dips, Strike-offs, Confections as per tech-pack and internal and external sample testing.• Following through Weaving, Processing, Sampling(Cutting and Sewing), Sourcing(Yarn, Fabric, Dyes & Chemicals and Trims) and Sales & Marketing to plan and dispatch samples. • Conducting Business Award and PP meetings.
