Digital Team Leader
CurrentMy role as a digital Team Leader involves working directly with internal and external clients to provide expertise, ideas and knowledge of best practices around aesthetic and technical requirements for their communications.I contribute towards providing required digital collateral to promote Communication Services both internally and externally.Digital • Drive projects using a broad range of technologies.• Make educated layout decisions to best suit the digital environment. Liaise with Digital SMEs to ensure these decisions are efficient and effective • Proactively troubleshoot to find new, functional digital solutions to client briefings.• Utilise solid UX, HTML / CSS and Javascript skills to deliver exceptional responsive design solutions.• Deliver prompt service, meeting internal and external deadlines.• Deliver 100% accurate output, following style guides, instructions and procedures.Team Leadership • Mentor other digital creatives to support the continual improvement of Computershare Creative.• Complete all associated team leader admin requirements• Provide group and one-on-one training and coaching to assist with the sharing of knowledge and increase in skills. Primarily my focus is on Creative and mentoring of future digital specialists.
