 Sales and Marketing Coordination for South India Operations (contributing 60% in company’s total turnover), order release, follow up with production, inspection and other departments for timely production and despatch of material. Follow up with customers and regional office for payments and other issues. Looking after customer complaints.

 Handling revenue generation through sale of copiers (Xerox and Konica Minolta), AMC sales, spares and consumables. Handling the billing and collection of photocopier machines service operations. Overseeing the C & M machine billing and collection of payment from customers in different cities of Rajasthan. Managing a customer base of 700 clients, & supervising OCA (Outsourced Collection Agency) & OSA (Outsourced Service Agency) and their team. Timely generation and distribution of invoices and follow up for payments. Enquiry generation and help channel partners in getting new business. Helped in organizing sales promotion activities to promote the product at various critical sales points

 Generating and developing Non- M&M and Refinance business & controlling the NPA and overdue cases and their reduction to minimal. Collecting regular EMIs and Over dues from the customer & handling recovery, repossession, litigation & disposal of assets.
