But the challenge fuelled my exuberance to change the mindset of everyone who dealt with me.And I went on to train CEOs on dealership systems, restructure entire dealerships, increase sales number to double and finally handpicked to set up the central Zone along with my Commercial Business Head.Subsequently I worked in the field of analysis in a sales planning role which made me fall in love with numbers and data and discover the answers they hold.Since then I have grown my skills in marketing joining the biggest Media conglomerate in the country, understanding various media platform offerings, understanding brands and their needs and accordingly develop ATL & BTL campaigns across platformsBut most importantly I have grown my ability of establishing great relationships with people -with clients, with partners , with cross functional teams and my team members. This has particularly helped me open new avenues, secure repeated business, solve complex challenges and as a result being the top performer year on year and now the youngest team head in the branch.To balance the craziness of work, I travel frequently (even if just for a weekend): love to connect with people, discover their similarities and differences and in the process find myself and some new perspective. But my love for Sports also finds a place in my daily schedule with morning runs, yoga, Krav Maga and Self defense classes where I am able to push myself constantly
