• Monitoring the day-to-day accounting activities.• Monitoring vendor payment to ensure payments are released as per credit terms & policy.• Employee Advance and Vendor advance tracking and recovery.• Monitoring Bank Guarantee, LC and getting renewal done on time.• Bills Passing→ Purchase Bills, Service Bill, Contractors Bill, Stores Bills and other payment invoices, Debit / Credit Notes Etc, payment to vendors.• Ensuring completion of all the accounting entries including period end accruals before the end of the period.• Scrutiny of General Ledger / Party ledger.• Prepare accounts payable cheques and processing the same through net transfers.• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and accounting of the same.• Auditing Purchase orders. Also working on tracking purchase orders on timely basis.• Credit card, other expenses, bank reconciliations and reconciliation in accounting.• ESI, PF ,TDS and GST WORKINGS.• Other Administrative responsibilities.• Monitoring project budget tracker report.• Expenses report on periodically basis.• Cost benefits analysis report.• Site visit auditing.
